Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you’re welcome to stay or step out—whichever you prefer. Many clients provide us with access instructions, lockbox codes, or meet us at the door.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. All MaidLink cleaners are fully vetted, trained, insured, and background-checked for your safety and peace of mind.
What areas do you serve?

How do you handle special requests?
We’re flexible—just let us know in advance so we can prepare the right tools and allocate enough time. Custom add-ons are available.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! Once the cleaning services are done, we share you a receipt with detailed services description along with payment methods.
What should I do before my cleaning appointment?
A quick tidy-up of personal items is helpful so our cleaners can focus on actual cleaning tasks. No major prep is required—just ensure we have access to your home.
What’s the difference between Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning covers routine maintenance such as dusting, floors, surfaces, and bathrooms.
Deep Cleaning includes everything from Standard Cleaning plus detailed work like baseboards, vents, inside appliances, grout scrubbing, and harder-to-reach areas.
How long will my cleaning take?
The duration depends on your home’s size, condition, and type of service. Please share the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, SQFT and type of cleaning service (Standard, Deep, Move-Out/Move-In or your cleaning requirements) you need of your house with us to know approximate number of hours to clean your house.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. MaidLink provides all professional-grade cleaning products, tools, and equipment. If you prefer eco-friendly or specific products, just let us know.
How do I book a cleaning?
You can book directly through our contact form, call us, or send a message. We’ll confirm your details and schedule your service right away.
What is your cancellation policy?
We accept cancellations or rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to compensate our cleaners for reserved time.
Do you offer recurring service discounts?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring clients receive discounted rates and priority scheduling.
Do you clean Airbnb or short-term rental properties?
Absolutely. We provide fast, reliable Airbnb/VRBO turnover services including linen changeover, restocking, and staging for guest-ready results.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Our team will do a walk through with you, if preferred, once the cleaning is done to address any concerns you may have or if anything was missed.
For move-out cleans, if we you have any concerns about the cleaning during post move-out inspection, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address the issue at no extra cost.
